STAFF RULES & GUIDELINES - FOR DEW-SIGNERS & DROPLETTES

DEW DROP EXTRA’S:
Everyone is allowed to offer specials. We do ask that if you work on another board that you don’t offer anything you are making on this site and vice versa. Make your own post for each offer you plan on offering. Be sure to keep your post updated and remove the post once the offer has expired.

PORTFOLIO’S:
Please create your own posting to show your work off. Don’t forget to keep it updated.

DEW-SIGNER’S: PLEASE READ
Please pick up all request’s in order from the bottom. Don’t pick and choose. Remember this is only fair to all, and all requests must be done. If the next one up is something you feel like you can’t do, try it anyway, it’s a great way to expand your talent. Please don’t tell members a time frame once you pick up the request. You never know when something may come up and you won’t have time to finish as promised, it is better to say you will have it finished as soon as you can. If for some reason you can‘t complete the order, please ask another staff member to pick it up for you in the staff section. We are all here for each other and sometimes things do come up. When you are finished with the siggie please post it in the completed section for pick up with the member’s name and the word completed, then send the original request to the junk bin. Once the siggie has been picked up, please add the word collected to the title so was can keep track of non collected siggies. If a requester needs something done immediately, refer them to the paid services area. We ask that you make at least one siggie a week to stay active, but you are welcome to do more if you like. If the board is slow we ask that you make Dew Drop Extra’s or Printables (which are a paid service.) Requester's asking for a specific Dew-signer should be referred to the paid services section as well. All paid services should be handled first.

PAID SERVICES
This section is for Dew-signers ONLY. If you have any problems or need help, don’t be afraid to ask another staff member or admin. Remember we are here for fun and we are a siggie family.

PAID SERVICES PAYMENTS:
If a customer is requesting a paid service they must pay up front. They may choose a Dew-Signer of choice. If they have no preference then we will go down the list of Dew-Signers who want to be part of the paid services. All payments and discussions with the requester are to be done through PM. Remember to get payment up front. You don’t want to be cheated for your hard work. All completed requests should be posted in the paid service section for us all to enjoy, you should also email or PM the finished product to the requester.

DROPLETTE’S:
We ask that you make at least one bonus siggie per week, but you can do more if you like. Just please don’t make a second for the same requester. As a Droplette (we all start some where) your work will be looked at and when the admin feel you are ready to move up to Dew-Signer we will let you know. You may do Dew-Drop Extra’s as well. Please feel free to ask any questions to the other members. We all where all new once and look forward to helping you become Dew-Signer material. Remember to keep your portfolio’s up to date so we can watch your progress. When you are finished with the extra/bonus siggie please post it in the Droplette Extra section, title it with the the member’s name and the word Extra in the title.

WORKING ON OTHER SITES:
It is fine to work on other sites, we just ask that you not poach. We ask that you stay loyal to us, as other sites ask the same. Please don’t refer to the other sites you may work on. We also ask that you not take other staff members work to other sites and claim as your own. THIS WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM DEW DROP DESIGNS.

PEOPLE PROBLEMS
If you have any problems with other members or staff please contact the Admin immediately by PM. Please do not post anything in any of the forum rooms. The Admin will handle the situation immediately.
